Service Disclosure for Event Bookings with Livy O's Culinary Service Group:

To ensure the best experience and seamless service, please review the following terms for securing your booking:
 

  • Disclaimer: The above menu does not include service fee, state sales tax, or gratuity. Please note. Please note, a food & beverage minimum of $1,500 for delivery services and $3,000 for banquet services is required for all catering services. Prepayment of all invoices is confirmation of service.

  • Hospitality Service Charge: A 23% service charge is applied to all invoices on food, beverage, and rental items to cover essential operational costs, including but not limited to equipment usage, disposables, administrative labor, and event service support. This service fee does not include gratuities. 

  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of grand total or $750 whichever is higher required to confirm and secure our services for your event. This deposit applies to the total balance of your invoice.

  • Notice for Banquet-Staffed Events: A minimum of 14 business days advance notice is required for all banquet-staffed events. A $3,000 food & beverage catering minimum is required for banquet-staffed events. 

  • Notice for Delivery Service Events: A minimum of 5 business days advance notice is required for all delivery events. A $1,500 food & beverage catering minimum is required for all delivery services.

  • Gratuity: Although gratuity is not required, however it is welcomed. Gratuity is not automatically included in any of services.
