Subscription plans and meal plans: Simply Served meals are fresh, never frozen, and intended to be consumed within 4-6 days of pickup unless otherwise noted. Customers are responsible for prompt refrigeration after pickup. Proper reheating according to provided instructions. Livy O’s is not responsible for food quality issues resulting from improper storage or reheating. Subscriptions automatically renew unless paused or canceled by the customer and must be managed before the weekly cutoff. Unfortunately, unused meals do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your meals. Orders are not confirmed or prepared without payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the nature of fresh meal preparation, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or credits once an order has been placed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we may review. Meals must be picked up during the designated pickup window selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for picking up their meals on time. Livy O’s is not responsible for meals left unclaimed after the pickup window. If delivery is offered, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, wheat, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. While we list known allergens for each dish, cross-contamination is possible. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion when ordering. Simply Served meals are not guaranteed allergen-free. Livy O’s reserves the right to modify menus, pricing, pickup schedules, and policies at any time refuse service for misuse, abuse, or repeated failure to follow policies.
